Introduction – Week 3

When choosing whether you will go cold turkey, use Nicotine Replacement Therapy (NRT), and/or visual imagery, getting the facts is important.

We’ll dive deeper into how to make changes to WHERE and WHEN (two more of the 5 W’s) you smoke; systematically changing your behavior.

We’ll also look at the importance of picking and sticking to your quit date, for optimal success.
