II. FOUNDING MEMBER STATUS and AFFILIATE PROGRAM

If you agree to join I Finally Quit as a “Founding Member” also known as an Affiliate, you will be required to read and agree to the terms of the I Finally Quit (link) Affiliate Program Agreement. You should read the terms carefully before agreeing to participate in our Affiliate Program. We will use the email address that you provide to us to contact you regarding the enrollment in the Affiliate Program, and we will use the address that you provide to us to send you any payments owed to you under the terms of the Affiliate Program or any other system available to us that will facilitate the transfer of these funds.

I Finally Quit allows users to make payments on the website using a variety of payment systems, including a credit card, wire transfer, ACH, debit card or check. It is necessary to obtain and collect your payment information and/or other financial institution information, including bank account numbers, provided by users, and we will use that information to bill the user for whatever purpose the user made payment, including the Affiliate Program, any Membership Fees, and/or other Product and Service purchases, and/or any payments to be made to a third party provider. I Finally Quit will only use and disclose the payment information and/or other entered financial institution information provided to third parties as necessary to complete such billing operation.

Personal information that you provide to I Finally Quit may be used by us for the purposes of enabling an I Finally Quit Affiliate to contact you at your request for the purposes of your becoming an I Finally Quit Affiliate.
