You will know WHO, WHAT, WHEN, WHERE, and WHY you are triggered to light up; allowing you to avoid or overcome situations! This 5 page worksheet will allow you to identify (then conquer) many of your smoking triggers.
How to use the 5 W’s worksheet are covered in a video in the “Introduction” section AND there are two (2) “Worksheet Walkthrough” videos with members from the I Finally Quit (IFQ) community.
Make sure to watch all three of those videos BEFORE completing your worksheet. It’s a great way to find out what your starting point is and how these 5 W’s may change over the duration of this course.
